Be sure to be included in our ACUW COOKBOOK now in progress. Please submit or bring your favorite recipes to the June 1st meeting … include interesting comments on how you got the recipe, that it is authentic, tried and tested by you. We want to make an interesting, family favorite, keepsake, traditional, and meaningful cookbook to reflect our unique and talented ACUW membership! Committee members are Dorothy Mau and May Lee Chung, Fran Kramer, Mildred Lui, Beverly Mau, Blossom Mau, Beverly Taira, and Christine Young.

At our last general membership meeting, members voted in favor of an ACUW cookbook. The purpose of this cookbook is: ”To perpetuate Chinese culture and traditions by sharing cooking recipes.”

Publishing this cookbook will involve each and every one of our members to participate and work together as a team by sharing our recipes to make it a successful project. We will continue our founders’ mission to share and serve our community. A unique and beautiful cookbook presented to the public will build our public image and reputation so that others will respect us as dedicated, diligent, talented ladies who share and care. Share your recipe(s) and do it now!

A copy of the recipe form is included in this bulletin and may be copied, if needed. Also, recipes may be emailed to dorothymau@yahoo.com or krmlchung@yahoo.com
